Yes, you can use StepHow for free.

With the paid version, you can create unlimited manuals and enjoy enhanced editing and sharing features. 

You’ll also have access to the StepHow Desktop App, which allows you to capture screens and automatically generate manuals, not only in your web browser but also on your desktop.

If you find you need additional features, you can upgrade to the paid version at any time.

Billing is per workspace and based on the number of users in that workspace.

If your team size changes frequently, the cost is calculated based on the number of users at the time of the contract. 

Each month, on the billing renewal date, the cost is adjusted based on the current number of users. 

Credits are provided for any decrease in users. 

Detailed billing information is provided in the monthly invoice.

Yes, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time. 

After canceling, you can continue using your current plan until the end of your subscription period, and no additional fees will be charged on the next billing date. 

However, after your subscription expires, access will be limited to your five oldest manuals, and access to the rest will be restricted.
